Comedy Hypnosis Shows
One of the world's busiest and most copied versatile entertainers in the world today.
Dave Upfold is a World renowned Comedy Stage Hypnotist, He is one of the busiest Hypnotists, one of the most copied and one of the biggest crowd pulling Hypnotists in the world today, with a vast range of experience, from corporate, conference or club, to school and other fund raisers, to agricultural, City and town shows, to private events. He has entertained in resorts, casinos and theatres, around the world.

Wesley has entertained people across New Zealand, South Africa, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and around the world.
Wesley's youthful and charismatic personality brings a vibrant atmosphere to his shows, appealing to audiences of all ages. His antics on stage, together with his subjects (all volunteers from the audience), will keep the audience in fits of laughter for hours, and have them talking about the event for months, or even years to come.

NATHAN UPFOLD - TWO AND A HALF HYPNOTISTS:
In 2008, Auckland saw the launch of a world-first show, called Two-and-a-Half Hypnotists, with Wesley and Dave Upfold, the father-and-son performers, and introducing Wesley's son, four-year-old Nathan Upfold, the youngest hypnotist in the world. He amazes the audience with his control, as he says, "Watch my finger, and SLEEP!", and twenty subjects on stage go to sleep. Nathan already has a following, having been featured on Campbell Live in 2008, and appears in the press and on YouTube.

Magic and Illusion Shows
Wesley Upfold began his career in entertainment aboard the cruiseships in
the Caribbean and Mediterranean, where he worked for two years, before
returning to South Africa. In 2008, he moved to Auckland, New Zealand,
where he now lives.
Wesley provides stage illusion shows, as well as close-up magic, and
workshops which are great for team building and events.
As an illusionist, his shows lend an air of mystery and excitement to any
gathering, as he cuts a girl in half, or locks her inside a box and jabs swords
through her. He is able to produce anything from the size of a peanut to
the size of a motor vehicle, from an empty box, making him invaluable for
corporate product launches. Making the Chairperson or MC or guest
speaker appear out of an empty box provides a truly sensational start to any conference or event.
Dave Upfold started doing magic as a hobby, and it gradually developed
into one of his central passions. He adds a touch of comedy to what he
does, and as such, is a great close up magician, providing fantastic
entertainment to corporate events.
Together, Wesley and Dave Upfold are able to produce a vehicle from an
empty box, a spellbinding illusion which gives a great slant to any car
launch, In the words of Topcar Magazine, "With plenty of smoke, coloured
lights, a great bang and a touch of magic, the Sante Fe was unveiled"
(December 2000/January 2001, p.50) for Hyundai, at the Auto Africa Show
2000.

Fundraising
The Upfolds' hypnosis shows have been used extensively for fund-raising, and have raised up to tens of thousands of dollars for schools and other organisations.
The concept is simple - it's a numbers game.
• If you charge $20.00 per person and 300 people attend, your organisation brings in $6000.00
• If you charge the same price but 400 people attend, your organisation brings in $8000.00
• However, if you charge $25.00 per person and 350 people attend, your organisation brings in
$8750.00 - if you get a supplier to sponsor Wine and Cheese, you can add attraction to your event
• Once you have deducted the Show Fee from the income of the Ticket Sales, the rest is Pure Profit for your Organisation.
• Running the show over two or three nights will bring in greater numbers for almost the same amount of advertising and marketing, plus word-of-mouth will add value to your second and third night's ticket sales.
